Booking and Cancellation Refunds
 

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
     
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 4 and 24 hours before the appointment time will receive a 50% refund.
     
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment time or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
     

Package Refunds
 

  • No Refund: Cancellations of packages after 30 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
     

Late Arrival Refunds
 

  • Full Refund: If our massage therapist is more than 30 minutes late, you will receive a full refund for the session.
     

Payment Policy
 

  • Payments must be made in advance via our website using a credit or debit card.
     
  • We do not accept payments through a point-of-sale (POS) system or cash payments.
