• Our home massage services are exclusively available for women and couples.
   
• Our licensed massage therapists adhere to professional and ethical standards.
   
• Therapists will bring all necessary equipment and supplies for the service.
   
• Clients must ensure safe and easy access to the appointment location.
   
• Clients must provide accurate information when booking.
   

Booking and Cancellation Policy
 

• Appointments must be booked and paid for in advance via our website.
   
• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the appointment are fully refundable.
   
• Cancellations made 4-24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund.
   
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before or no-shows are not refundable.
   
• Package cancellations after 30 days of purchase are not refundable.
   

Payment Policy
 

• Payments must be made online using a credit or debit card.
   
• We do not accept POS system or cash payments.
   

Late Policy
 

• Our therapists will arrive on time for appointments.
   
• If the therapist is late by less than 30 minutes, the full session time will be provided.
   
• If the therapist is more than 30 minutes late, a full refund will be given.
   

Liability
 

• Sukun Wellness is not responsible for damage or loss of personal property.
   
• Sukun Wellness is not liable for any injuries sustained during the service.
   

Indemnification
 

• You agree to indemnify and hold Sukun Wellness harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our website or services.
   

Privacy Policy
 

• We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   

Modifications
